So...what the FAA is basically admitting to is flying is now a game of Russian roulette unless you are a climate narrative, private jet flying, unjabbed pilot requesting, elite. Wonder how much funding the FAA is getting from the government, Big Pharma etc to put the flying public in danger and to uphold the false narrative??? Truth will come to light and there will be a reckonning for them. The love of money is the root of all evil so when something is so illogical, so against humanity, so blatantly false, ignoring proven fact, join the dots and just follow the money.
That section of the FARs has been in place forever, and pilots have always been responsible for determining if they are healthy enough to fly. One popular method is the IM SAFE checklist: the pilot reviews any Illness, Medication, Stress, Alcohol, Fatigue, and Emotions that may render him less than fully fit to fly.
With that said, I doubt a pilot can adequately self-certify that his myocarditis is a safety concern before any particular flight. The FAA has long been very reluctant to grant pilots with any cardiac history a medical, let alone a first class one. Cardiac events are typically regarded as career-ending.
This is perfect: "...operation of aircraft is prohibited at any time new symptoms or adverse changes occur in your health status." Translation: if you suddenly drop dead while piloting a plane, you are prohibited from operating an aircraft going forward. Helpful!
I read (in November, 2022) about the airlines and regulators, attempting to change the regulation on commercial flights of two pilots in the cockpit to just one. I told friends and family who fly regularly, (shocked that it could happen) they didn’t know a thing about it. They seem to think that the public “will not go for it”. The public, does not know a thing about it. It’s not on CNN. It’s not on CNBC or any of the other MSM. We, as the flying public, DO NOT GET A VOTE IN THIS. How many people, upon entering a plane, have any idea how many pilots there are? It’s not actually on your paperwork, information given to you when you book a flight, or told to you by the flight attendants when you enter the plane.
There are lots of stories exposing such weird accommodations of the covid vaccine narrative. What I want to see is some digging to expose those who manipulated the doctor licensing boards to fire doctors who exposed the vaccine risks and who channeled politicians and high ranking bureaucrats to push the vaccine and punish citizens who didn't fall in line and shanghied those companies that sided with the vaccine mandates. It only takes a few key people to unleash the horror of a pandemic and the response so my question is who are at the root of the scamdemic?
So….if a pilot “self certifies”… and something happens…would the pilot individually be held accountable or their estate if he/she were to die? Is the potential liability being shifted? Legal ramifications? How would plaintiff’s be able to prove airline negligence if there is a possibility of pilots “mis-self certification”? These letters seem to leave the pilots themselves at risk of potential lawsuits. 🤷♀️ Are they medically cleared by a physician to fly or not?
No this pilot should probably not be allowed to fly. Instead, he should be allowed to sue every individual and every entity involved in ruining his life. He should also be able to criminally charge each and every one with gross negligence and breach of public trust, to name a few of the many avenues to pursue.
Looks like the airlines should not be allowed to fly either until they can demonstrate that a pilot in the throes of a major cardiac event can still be responsible for the lives of several hundred passengers
I just walked thru the room where my dad had on CNN (I don't watch the MSM crap) and some official with the FAA was being interviewed about an emergency 'summit' meeting they were having to discuss recent number of 'alarming' incidents with pilots & other flight staff. the man was asked what the cause could be and he said something along the lines of: well lots of pilots were laid off during covid and they are experiencing a loss of skills due to not flying as often. Whaaaat? wait, aren't we at least 1.5 yrs past most travel restrictions?? and they are already so short of staff that any pilot who wants to work, certainly has ample work available. how could they still be 'rusty'??
holy moly, talk about the elephant in the room. its stunning. I am SO glad that I do not fly (and my immediate family no longer does either). that is some scary sh** there
I really wonder how many pilots are honest enough (and awake enough) to self-certify? I agree with the poster who said this may just be another way of shifting liability to an individual pilot (or his estate) if his jabbie (or jabbie-death) caused a crash? Bkill Gates, klown Schwab and their depop agenda will be happy either way.
It certainly can get rid of a large number of people at one time if the pilot dies flying. Faster than waiting on individuals to die from side effects.
Every time that a plane flies over my house, I think: is this going to be the one to fall out of the sky and crash into my neighborhood? If things persist in this current direction, it's going to happen somewhere at some time.

SAFE: Pilots with myocarditis ripe for sudden death, at the controls and responsible for hundreds of lives.
UNSAFE: Unjabbed employees working remotely from home.

"if you feel that you might suddenly drop dead without warning, please refrain from sitting in the first seat"

To make it even more "fun", airlines are in parallel pushing for "single-pilot flights" in order to resolve personnel shortages:

The evil and corruption is so deep. I will not be flying any time soon. They will pay.
They all wanted our vaccine status - I say it's time we demand the status of the pilots we fly with.
Unbelievable.
They should absolutely not be flying
