Guillain-Barré Syndrome — Health Emergency Declared

A nationwide emergency has been declared in Peru thanks to a known vaccine side effect, Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Peru is 85% vaccinated.

The Peruvian government has declared a nationwide emergency after an unusual increase in cases of Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) cases, a once-rare neurological disorder.
